2023 Games Review

Who will hold the title of Fittest First Responder?

We know our First Responders love a dose of competition!  Make it a healthy dose and represent your team by entering our Red vs. Blue Games sponsored by dooable health™.

A 3 week competition that involves 3 workouts (1 each week), 2 Teams (Fire vs. Police) and 1 ultimate Team winner!

We have Open and Scaled (modified workouts) divisions within 2 age groups

  1. Open  20-39
  2. Scaled  20-39
  3. Open 40-90
  4. Scaled  40-90
  5. Scaled 90+

We will also offer individual prize (value = $100+) to the winner of each division.  Who will be the Fittest First Responders?
