Access to the app is granted to all active employees and one companion of their preference as part of the health and wellness benefits your organization provides for you. You don’t have to pay to profit from all its features, including health and wellness coaching.

You will have access to a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (servicio en Español disponible), an AI health companion, Functional Practitioner (Functional labs) access, Functional Nutrition Counseling, an incentives platform, a health and wellness tracker, a library with science-based and doctor’s vetted articles, classes and resources, guided workouts, yoga classes, breath work and more.
