Episode 2

“I want to hold space, sit still and listen to my clients inner wisdom…to do whatever it takes to make the the truth in their heart become the reality in their life.”

What a treat we have with our next guest, Erica Nelson.  You’ll hear how Erica strives to live a life in full alignment with who she is called to be and what really matters to her. When it comes to the current affairs of the world, Erica practices awareness, intentionality and compassion to keep all aspects of health and wellbeing being front and center for her clients, her community, her family and herself.

Before becoming a Duke University Trained Integrative Health Coach and a part of the EHOP health team, she advocated for important policy changes to improve the system of behavioral and hospital care across North Carolina. She has also seen and experienced, first-hand, the gaps and roadblocks that occur on the clinical side. The stories of her patients and colleagues are at the core of her decision to step back and look at health and the true meaning of living life from a different lens… a wide-angle lens that prioritizes her own values in her actions and deeply respects the values that drive others actions. Her favorite experience is witnessing another person discovering their personal truth.

Throughout the podcast, Erica inspires us to discover our own definition of integrity based on our unique life experiences!  Let’s begin the journey….
